I'm a death penalty proponent but this topic always seems to bring out the morons who make decisions based on their emotions rather than logic...
who the hell we going to get to apply any form of torture? Give me a list of those people and i will show you a list of people who EQUALLY belong behind bars or need to be 'put to sleep' themselves...
locking them up works best, for heinous acts of violence? kill them in a humanely way as possible (yep, not perfect i know)
