no doubt man, and if you say you are EXCELLENT COOK - I won't doubt it - but it doesn't mean you can succesfully run 5 star restaurant by default

that's what i meant saying designers are not coders by default.
if you love designing and great at it you will find that by coding you waste more time and loose more; if you hired someone to help you with coding who is good at it you probably could do better and more.

- indeed and its always good for designers to know basics of html. but you cannot be best at everything, therefore each specializes in their own scope of work - it works best that way IMHO
