when someone hires you - they outsource their work to you - that's how business works

if i have full time staff in my office and manage whole ship - does it mean i outsource the work?;)
you can do everything by yourself, hell even i did it in the past from photoshop, html, js to writing application models. all i'm saying - when you run business you tend to hire best resources for specific tasks within company - that's how you can grow your business - which in turn can produce greater results for clients and with better quality (when everyone involved know what they are doing). of course there is posibility to grow doing everything yourself - but in my opinion you can do only so much. i'm not saying you are wrong and i'm right not at all, to each its own. OP asked for specific things in his original post where he pointed out that he doesnt want to deal with companies rendering such services, i didn't bug him by spamming my service but i felt that i needed to point out that design and coding may not always be best combo in one person because today's html coding is much more complex than what it used to be before and requires full time attention to be any good at it, just like with graphics - experience and learning more as you go.

- mostly but not everyone. many factors, but mostly depends on how Pro you are and how well you can organize and run your business.
