I have smart thumbs installed on 2 domains and working good as always, but from some reason this gallery will not scan (404 response):

I can get her galleries to scan, but the other models galleries scan just fine. I am hoping someone else can try to scan in a couple of galleries and tell me if they get the same 404 response? I have tried everything I can think of...
Is it me or the gallery?
