I'm starting to think you were just in such a rage you actually didn't even listen to a word I said when I spoke to you about taking over the whole deal.........you just wanted it YOUR way and there was no negotiation.

I was and am bankrupt Jay - I wasn't ABLE to pay you out and even if I was it wouldn't be legal facing a bankruptcy - they would just reverse the payment if I had the money.
I gave you options and GREAT ones too, you refused to even consider them.
