Like SEO, I think you'll find that anyone who is any good at PPC is making their own money. Either way, just a suggestion, but I think you'd have better luck asking on a mainstream forum...
Just a suggestion for you, but if you're working with any CPA networks, talk to your affiliate manager and mention that you're looking for an experienced PPC guy who has proven performance to work with you. They might just be able to hook you up with someone. Some of those mainstream Ams are actually pretty damn helpful...
