Are they outsourced or in house staff?
I ask this because it seems none of them know what is going on anytime I chat with them (as if they always have to consult a manual), and what is said can vary from one staff member to another. All things that make me believe they are outsourced to another country. However, your phone staff rocks.
Other than that, keep up with the excellent service and
call-in support.
