It's bullshit. People who have near death experience almost always report a sense of peace and claim to see their deceased relatives (and Elvis), irrespective of whatever religion they are a member. It's a shared delusion.
Just like everything in the wicked church, it is an attempt to scare you into line so they can get your 10% every Sunday morning. My solution would be to burn every single fucking church in the world to the ground.
On the other hand, it's probably an ex-GF of yours trying to hit you up style.
