You need to file for it with them - there will be some assets in the estate. Last I checked you had not filed.

To be fair and honest - I don't believe I would have terminated your contract for being 5 months late with payments had I not gone bankrupt. I would have given you opportunity to make it up.

I'm human. I make mistakes. I've paid for them with most everything I own according to the law and guidelines set out to me from my bankruptcy trustee.
