I have a theory that could be an alternate.
If he really isn't PF - he was raped by him. Now I say that because in some cases paranoid, delusional people like theking can try to ASSUME the role of a person who has caused them severe pain and suffering.
So he is either:
1) Completely insane (likely)
2) Was raped by a man (also likely)
