Happens to me all the time, but my connection has sucked sometimes so I figure
it's me. But when I do a speed test it shows that I should have fast video play.
Sometimes I think it's the video encoding.
High quality video conversion can expand some videos to the point to where it's
impossible to download as fast as it plays.
I found that converting a .wmv file to a .flv in high quality can
sometimes
make a huge file. So I like to only upload mpeg or avi to youtube.
