I didn't notice anything like that .. but, I'm blown away by Camino now ..
i did some side by side tests, heavy sites like new Engadget.com, even some typically slower admin reports, and it's just killing FF.
only thing that sucks is, not sure if I'm ready to move my default to camino, 1password has a great free software, AllBookmarks, which makes the jump + login sit in the menu bar ...
for my MBP, I found they have a core2duo optimized one aswell, not sure if it does anything else, but I installed it for good measure
