hehe thought the same when goverment said there won't be normal bulbs available in 2009, now it's impossible to get any in german shops
. It's not forbidden to have any but you can't sell/buy them anymore, only these slightly shining energy saving bulbs, which need 20min until they are really a little bit bright. Sad but real, I don't know if it's allowed to import them so I can't say anything about that. In that way I could imagine this proposed law.
