As far as legality goes your privacy policy should disclose what you are doing with their data. If you disclose what you are doing honestly then there is no problem.

The way I understand it they'd have to keep the "I want to take part in special offers" box ticked. You could feed your own dating site very easily with purchased profiles.

I used to get about 1:15 f/p. It's considerably lower today but still very profitable. Even with TGP traffic I can do way, way, WAAAY better than 0:5000 f/p.Where did that traffic come from?
