If someone knowingly is going to do something illegal ( credit card fraud, child porn. etc...), do you really think that person will give all it's real info?
They will have corp owned by a foreign corp owned by individuals fronting for other individuals offshore...
On the other hand, the honest and law abidding webmaster or webmistress , believing that all he/she is doing is lawfull is going to get nabbed on some things that to most of us seems 100% legal.
Ever heard of sites where husband/wife were fucking for the web and got charged for obscenety in a little " do not blink" US county???
