That pretty much spells out my opinion of things. Quit saying we're killing the earth. We're not. We're only killing ourselves, and possibly a large portion of the existing life on earth.
You could submerge the entire surface of the earth under a mile of crude oil, and you will not kill the earth. You could strip the entire atmosphere away, and you will not kill the earth.
People need to quit playing it off as something it isn't. The planet does not care for us, and will do whatever it sees fit. We've been warming since the fucking ice age. Everything in nature cycles. It will cool and warm, yadda yadda. Deal with it.
