This view is a bit simplistic and not thoroughly thought out. Why?
China has their own scientist. Watching this as close as ours. And what conclusions have they come too?

That was in 2007. By your analogy the world hangs on the data of American Scientists and that is simply no true. Every country has its own scientists, studying the same things as ours.
