I don't smoke, nor do I own a MAC, but that's pretty fucking lame. I do own an iPhone 3G[S] and I did get the Apple Care plan or wtf ever. If my phone had cigarette smoke on it and they refused repair I would be royally pissed off. One, because I love my iPhone and secondly, that's just lame.
