OK, here is my dilemma.
First, I am using ACDsee Pro2.5 for my photo editing program and I have never run into this problem prior to today.
I started a thread today
http://www.gfy.com/fucking-around-and-business-discussion/939920-ran-visitors-mine-weekend-pics.html with a description of the pics that were posted in that thread. The problem I am having is that I can not see the images I posted while others can see them and some see red x?s.
If you view the page source in IE, it shows the URL link has an extra forward slash (3) instead of (2). If you view the page source in FF, which is what I use, you see (2) forward slashes in the URL link.
I went to another board and tried to perform the same upload from my URL and got the same results. I then tried the function ?Manage Attachments? on that board, loading them directly from my system where the images are in the respective folder and the images show up on that board.
Does anyone have any idea what is going on and how I can correct this?
It seems loading anything from the URL on my server does not show, but loading them from my system (workstation) shows.
I would appreciate any input to this problem...thanks so much.
