whats a reasonable base payment + commission for a program manager & affiliate manager w/ lots contacts and solid industry experience?

key points are it would be both for an overall program manager undertaking some involvement in many aspects of the business including marketing,development, business development , affiliate management and doing all affiliate marketing from the programs start-up.

contemplating getting into this type of situation and not really sure whats a fair deal.

any useful input much appreciated!
