On a side note: Is it legal to just offer a million dollars worth of shares to the public like that ? or is this different .
I thought strict regulations exsisted for public offerings and shares ? ....Not looking to see the guy get in trouble...just the opposite ...would hate to see the next video of him in leg irons and a orange jumpsuit on his way to break rocks for 5 yrs
