I dont even have a wife or kids!

Wrong.
If I did not have models and other business expenses, I could pay all my bills for around $3K a month. That includes my house payment (4BR, 2 BATH, 2000 sq feet), truck, seadoo, student loans, food, utilities, insurance, and entertainment, etc..
By comparison, someone in Florida, New York, Los Angles, London is going to pay much more for housing and taxes
alone by comparison for something similar to what I have. That does not even get into the insurance, utilities, and the rest.
Saying location does not matter at all is completely false.
