I thought strict regulations exsisted for public offerings and shares ? ....Not looking to see the guy get in trouble...just the opposite ...would hate to see the next video of him in leg irons and a orange jumpsuit on his way to break rocks for 5 yrs .
Definitly not legal in the US. Private placements are subject to the Securities at of 1933. He is "widely-marketing" non registered securities which certainly doesn't fall under the safe-harbor rule 144. At minimum there isn't even a private placement memorandum, just a paypal money now button.
