Well, I can tell you this article is bullshit to stir up traffic to their website, capitalizing on the flu outbreak in Ukraine... Very good sources they must have.
I live right next door to Ukraine. It's just a flu outbreak, nothing more. No plague, no nothing. Ukraine is having an election soon, this is all being blown out of proportion by the ukranian media in order to serve some political agenda.
