I should also add, there is no 'state of panic' in neighboring countries. I have spoken to people from ukraine, and there is no panic there. There is also certainly no panic here in Poland (neighboring country). In fact, our government is even refusing to purchase flu shots because the long term effects of the shot are untested, and the company creating them refuses to take any responsibility for any long term effects that may arise.
