better plan would be to rank the domain sell some ads, make what you need and fuck paying people for the rest of the domains life. not that there is anything legally binding that says he has to keep paying those 100 dollar investors. i know tons of seos that could rank that domain number one, so not sure why he wouldn't do that and garner that organic qualified traffic as mission number 1. how did this guy end up with this domain anyhow?
