Even if her backers spammed the hell out of one network, it still speaks volumes about her organic appeal for non-affiliated people to virally add to and pass on her fame. I see buzz-building campaigns all the time in many of the large social networks and not all of them succeed, it takes an "IT" factor for it to catch on beyond the initial base of paid influencers and bots. That's where the organic meme comes in. In essence, find the psychological "hook" and build content to glom onto it.
