The delay between posts isn't that bad is it? I've never found it really really annoying actually. I post 3-4 times a day on GFY so maybe thats why, people who post a lot will notice it. I agree with the search tho, that annoys me to no end.
Fix the search
New servers/repair old ones
Clean up a lot of the idiots around here
