Destroy that seizure inducing banner that flashes. Dont just delete it. Save it to a removable media and burn it, then shoot holes in it, then blow it up. Re-gather the pieces and release the black plague on them in a jar, then throw it into an ocean. Not just any ocean. The frozen ocean on jupiters moon, titan.
I personally dont care for that flashing.
Honestly, besides the occasional down times, it's not so bad at all really. Shooting the shit is important and that part is not broken at all. It is the program discussion AND fucking around forum after all..
A simple icon to designate a thread as Business is an idea. Thread starter selects it, and if they abuse it.. kicked.
