IMO only the higher risk people (children, elderly, people in particularly high % H1N1 areas) should get the vaccine, for the simple fact that they're running out of them as it is and those are the people that really need the protection. I mean look, those are the ones that are advised to get the REGULAR flu vaccine - why should it be any different for a different strain of flu? Most of us who are normal healthy people don't have much to worry about. It's not like this is anything new...SARS, Avian Flu, etc...just another new "epidemic" that won't be one when all's said and done.
