A HUGE shoutout to Brad and the staff at MojoHost for their proactive response to an issue that is technically out of their control.

We have a member who has 2 separate, 1 year subscriptions to 2 of our Pornstar model sites... This member has had an ISP connectivity issue from his end for an extended period of time, and he is a very unhappy member because of this.

I have reached out to MojoHost for a fix... and, even though they cant control 3rd party ISP connectivity, they have gone the extra mile to get in direct contact with this member to assist in resolving this issue.

This goes far and beyond what a hosting customer should expect...
