not exactly.
now lets say you had hired a cook to make your sandwich in your home.
PR Dave would complain that because he was paying property taxes at his restaurant in the same town that you shouldn't even have the right to even consider buying that sandwich from anyone other than his restaurant and the cook should have no right to make it for you or selll it to you.
