Most girls regret shit like that, and quit. I really have yet to see "career suicide" in adult when the girl is 1) good looking, 2) performs hot sex scenes and 3) doesn't complain, isn't a hassle, or drugged out/boozed out.

The thing about the adult industry, is the biggest of whores will go far, but she has to be a good sport about it. The minute they falter, get drugged out, or cry about it - then it is career suicide.

If she can go out and do interviews after the shoot, and still be sexy and smile about it, good for her. Lots of publicity!
