For a US based registrar GoDaddy by far has the best prices. Im under $7 per domain including ICANN fee. You can reach US based customer service reps 24/7 and with that many domains with them, you will be assigned your own Account Executive.

You can't argue with $7.00/name. I guess if all I found wrong with GoDaddy was their default settings that aint too bad. I usually eat my words so lookout go daddy here I come.

They are big enough that I would feel pretty secure there. I have had a couple with them and all was fine.
I'd save at least $6 a name or $1000 a year. Not small change and on only 150 domains.
