well, I can say it can get very bad trying to help some of them. They can ask for more and more and give you zero except guilt trips if you don't do everything they want.
I'll spare you the long story which may have concluded this week for me with a potential model.
If they seem flakey, you aren't married to them. Move on. Fewer grey hairs someday.
