many corporations don't have good customer service these days and still do well. I was in best buy and home depot...they were all clueless. You ask one guy for help, he tells you let me call someone who works in this department, you wait 10 minutes...then the guy comes towards you and 3 other customers charge the guy for help, then almost 30 minutes later the guy tells you the item you wanted they don't have in stock anymore. Oh and did I mentioned I traveled 10 minutes further to another homedepo because the person I spoke to on the phone said they had the item and the color I wanted. Don't let me even get started with best buy, just to get a small scan drive out of a locked glass cabinet...took 9 people to ask and 25 minutes.
