Hi!

I have a friend that is just getting into the biz and needs starter hosting to get his sites built out before he starts driving traffic. Who has the best deals to start and grow with? Obviously spending hundreds of dollars while the sites are in development isn't going to be an attractive proposition, but he also wants a good company that he can grow into.
