If you were doing 5-10 joins per day and now have 0, then something is certainly setup or being used wrong. You certainly should not be using that plain white box as your join form. Usually the only way we'll see that is if something isn't setup properly. Possibly some other things aren't quite right either.

I'm seeing the problem now.. that plain white page shouldn't be what's showing
And it's only showing that way for me in IE8 and chrome (windows side), firefox is working properly.. at least on my end, in both windoze and linux.
Regarding my comment about slow response, I didn't mean anything by it and sometimes forget to take into account time zone differences (for me it's almost noon monday).. just frustrated atm
