Guessing as he was on private property he cant be charged with DUI etc.
The reason im thinking this is because 3 times he has turned down a police interview and they responded with " He doesnt have to give us any comment if he doesnt wish to do so ".
So on that basis i assume its due to the fact he was on private ground or they would insist or even force him to give a statement.
Ps...I dont think he was boozed up.
