tell me that's just an off the cuff answer...and not the real reason that this fucker had a sentence commuted, went on to commit more crimes and was out on the streets.....
these are four cops....and then add to that, the one on halloween in a state that doesn't have a very high crime rate.
granted, we do produce many serial killers and we get depressed and commit suicide a lot...and, perhaps we have a large gay community, which has nothing to do with this....and perhaps our BDSM community can boast proudly of its size....
but, this is east coast, man....this is LA....this is NOT washington state, even parkland....
