Of course, they could just do a presumption of guilt and suspend his driving privileges for a year, or whatever the law allows in the State of Florida.

I think the police were on the scene and investigated the initial accident and the local news was reporting that the troopers want to talk to him for a second time which he is not obligated to to talk to them which is why they are now trying to get a search warrant and FORCE the issue as they dig deep for whatever.
In another unrelated incident last week here in Orlando a man heard some noise in the middle of the night and looked outside to see someone messing with his lawn equipment that was on a trailer he used for his lawn care business. He grabbed his gun and went outside to defend his property. He said the burglar came towards him in a threatening manner and the owner shot him dead. The police believed him on the spot and no charges were filed against the homeowner and the case was closed after the initial investigation that night.
They are putting Tiger under the microscope and it sucks for him
