Good Insurance doesn't care if it's criminal or at fault... they cover it and you're bill goes up.
If they don't, you show up to court, they ask about the damage/cost to replace, the judge tells you how much it costs and/or the fine, and Woods writes a $100k check like it's us giving a homeless person a $1. Being Woods, this will all go down in private chambers, and include a donation to something...
