Not licensed, but if the court finds out that you get a pay check for fighting, then it becomes assault with a lethal weapon. Even if you are defending yourself!

Basically if you are a trained fighter and the court deems that to be a fact, you absolutely cant defend your self in a "fist to cuff" situation. And if you do defend yourself successfully, the other person cannot have any visible damage or you are way fucked!!

My Buddy john Marsh got int 2 different altercations and deffended himself. Both situations there were to people that attacked him and they were much bigger than him.

The fact that he had a pro card in boxing fucked him both times. I saw the situation one time and he really did not want to fight. Defended one of the guys take downs and took the 2nd guys cheap-shots then he went to work. One punch one KO.

A pro heavy weight punch is no joke. 2 ambulances and 3 broken faces later Jon went to jail that night.

John Marsh is one of the nicest no violent guys i have ever met, but people seem to get drunk and assume he is a dumb body builder and learn the hard way.

Either way, i saw 1st hand what happens to pro fighters when they get into a street fight. You go to jail!! Judge said if you ever get attacked you have to take it or run away. No if ands or buts!!

I dont know all of the facts nor do i condone what happened, but i do know one thing for sure, this business has a lot of people who talk violence or big games on what they will do or who they are gonna get.

Personally, i would have minded my own business because being the "hero" definitely has its drawbacks. Especially when when you dont the situation or know who really smacked who.

Call the police, thats why we pay taxes.

When i was 20, i pulled over to defend a woman who way took a beat down by her boy friend. Busted lip, busted eye, etc. She was a mess. When i got off of her boyfriend (who i did not hurt), she then attacked me with a steering wheel lock. Actually cracked in the back of the neck. I was so blown away with that. It still is deep in my mind.

Lesson of the day, "Heros" dont get paid and minding your own business is your best choice.
