General rule of saftey for working long hours in front of a computer...

take 10 minutes out of every hour to stand up and walk around, whether it be outside, or simply in another room. This allows you to regain proper blood flow in your body as well as keeping your eyes somewhat fresh as constant staring at a monitor will cause tension in the eyes, leading to headaches, migraines, eyes hurting, etc.
