I think it's better to train people who can also work for your business. Otherwise, it's not a one-man show. Somebody can keep working if the main business owner is disabled or dead. For example, in my gallery descriptions and blog posts business - which is a pretty simple concept, I hired and trained another writer a little bit. Michael wrote some quality texts, just like me - but it is an expense. Also, life insurance is a great concept. I've written texts for Jdough, as well - thanks for those deals.
