There is really nothing that ST can do and TGPX not. Look at my other TGPX related thread about seo-friendly descriptions / urls.

As for the fee, it depends on how much work there is to do. If your TGP contains 1 category, and the layout is the same for every page, then it will be quite cheap. However, if you plan to start a multi-niche with let's say 60 categories, and want each template to be setup diffrently, then well it's common sense it requires alot more work and time.
