cablevision, I call them and tell them that my internet is not working, they make me try and answere questions with an automated system to fix it myself. Finally 15 minutes later when I stopped anwering questions...customer service tells me that I have a low signal coming into the apt. and that a cable guy left a note on my door a month ago saying that he wanted access to my apt.
Never received any noticed, my service for about 3 days was not working well, like for 4 hours it would not work, then worked late at night. So I schedual the technition to come on a Sunday...big mistake...they said you need to be home between 8am-8pm, nobody comes, finally I call them at 6pm and they said oh we came by, but your super was not home so we could not get access to the main box. WTF , they never even tried to see the super of the building. Plus the box is on the outside of the building? Wasted a whole fucking Sunday at home....when we hit 70 on that day in November. Everyone was playing Handball...fuck pissed now still.
