For what it's worth the are many countries with more 'LIBERTY', free speech and freedom that don't use a very old piece of paper to justify it. The US sadly just has the illusion of freedom in many areas these days. Whilst undoubtably there are countries less liberated, the US is far from the top of the pile when it comes to freedom of anything.
