John Marco offered $525K AU, over $450K US. I wanted that plus 1% revenue but he declined. He first said he's the only one who can make use of the domain, then he said he'd just put a white label on it, let it appreciate 10% per year.
I am so lucky he turned me down, 1% of nothing = nothing HAHAHA he could have had it cheap and paid nothing in royalties.
