i am on their program. i just got info from other domainers that do ppc that they have been late.
this is what the administrator for domainstate.com said
"clickthrutraffic is run by standardinternet, given the amount of countries they filter from I doubt you will be earning anything near what might otherwise be expected. The also have a very bad reputation for non payment. "
This was in my post that i made there... where i was talking about casino traffic.
